I have had multiple bad experiences with this Lowes. I have been a customer for 30 plus years. The My Lowes Rewards never works correctly and the coupons that that they email out for being a long time customer do not work. Management cannot figure their own system out. They do not honor the 10% off coupon. I was told by management they do not accept them. The company sends them out. No way to run a business. Poor customer service.

The store is poorly managed. Employees are often in a huddle rather than available to help.
The materials that are obviously damaged sitting on the top of stacks. Concrete boards broken. Instead of discounting them, they put them on a brand new stack of Concrete board. Now the shopper has to lift all the damaged ones off the good ones. Does anyone there have common sense?
I don't know and a blank stare is very common at Lowes. If you were to point out that they put damaged product on top of good product the wouldn't have a clue what you were talking about.
They act like robots. Doing only what they are told and gave no sense of doing a better job. A.I. can do just as mediocre job as humans. Thats why in 15 years robots will have their jobs. It's because they don't have any pride in doing there best. How many times have I heard I only do what they tell me.
