Hey Lowe's Manager on Highway 28 Bypass....you have an employee in your appliance department named Brent. I just want you to know what an absolute jewel he is. It's been ages since I have had such great service at Lowes. Not only did he sell us a microwave...he was not at all interested in overselling, but sold us exactly what we needed. In addition to that , he helped me get our online account straight. Something that I had asked numerous people in another store....and called your corporate headquarters about....no help in either place. But Brent got it straight...took his time to do that for me. He's a stellar example of a great employee and a fine gentleman.

The worst ever experience at a Lowe's. I have shopped there for years and spend 10k plus there yearly. But I will never set foot in this mis-managed location again. It was a awful. I went in to buy a $1000 toolbox and after first waiting 15 minutes to get an associate to help me despite multiple pages, they incompetent guy who showed up then took another 15 minutes to get a lift and then 30 minutes roaming around trying to find it. After an hour I gave up wasting my time. Just walked out. I suspect he is still roaming the store. And the manager just laughed it off that he was clueless.
Went to other store in Anderson and got what I needed quickly and efficiently. Tried calling and your phone tree will not take you to customer service no matter what you say.

Hi, my name is David Rogers. I went into Lowe's Home Improvement today. I was treated very rudely. I came in with a piece of wood that had broken in our bed and was broken, and I brought it in. Didn't take measurements, but you could put two pieces together and there shouldn't have been a problem. The gentleman there was so rude; he didn't really want to talk to me and asked why I hadn't taken a measurement. It was the way he put it to me. This is customer service at its worst. I didn't deserve to be treated like that. I recommend that anyone who wants to go to Lowe's Home Improvement on 28 Bypass Road in Anderson, South Carolina, avoid it like the plague and stay away from Jerry and the three managers there. When I asked the manager why he was so rude, well, he was having a bad day. I understand people have bad days, but you don't treat your customers like that.
