    Thank you Greg!! You made it right!! I appreciate you Update! Lowes made it right by finding a loop whole to replace the product Horrible experience! Lowe’s does not back their delivery drivers! I ordered a product and it was stolen out of the box. And delivered to my front door whether it happened by the delivery driver or by Lowe’s will never know but Lowe’s won’t replace it or refund me the money they say they’re not responsible.

    I purchased a toilet flange from Lowe’s to test-fit my existing toilet and returned it after cleaning when it did not fit; Lowe’s accepted the return without any issues. In contrast, the Home Depot in Anderson, SC declined to accept my return under similar circumstances. If Lowe's offered more choices, it would be a 5 star.

    We bought a new range last week and once we got it installed we realized it had a few issues. I was worried about how the exchange process would be, but the manager (Demetrius I believe) and the lady’s at the return desk made it a smooth and positive process. Greg in the appliance department was a big help, too. They wanted to make sure we got taken care of and explained the process. I feel like the manager went above and beyond what he really had to do - and that means a lot to us. We’ll definitely recommend Lowe’s and keep purchasing appliances from them in the future.

    I had the absolute worst experience with Lowe’s and having a door installed in my house it took 6 months to get the job done we ordered a door got a promise date of door coming to the store that got delayed several times 2 months later the door arrives we set up install with Lowe’s install/Crume the company they contact day of install no show call to find out they pushed our install next install date we get a call at the end of our install window they fired the crew doing our install next date we get a call job before us was running late that day at 9:30-10 I have 2 guys backing into our driveway and 2 guys looking high as a kite jump out I come out to see what’s going on they say we are dropping off your door we will be back tomorrow morning to install it to which they unload everything and leave it on the side of my house next morning guess what no one shows up no call nothing that afternoon I call to get answers of course I’m met with sorry the installer’s car broke down we will have to reschedule you and the time frame is a month out I called and returned the door of course it was bought on a credit card so the interest I accrued for it is my problem we end up at a different Lowe’s one day to by trim and see the door we never had installed we talk to the lady and she assured us that situation would never happen with them so we reluctantly bought the door another 2 months of the same crap and finally the door is installed do yourself a favor if you can install it yourself do it if not go anywhere else I’ll never use Lowe’s for anything ever again I’d rather pay more at home depot than get screwed and deal with that again managers were rude during the experience and could care less about what was going on I even tried calling to leave a message with corporate still no response - -edit to Lowe’s response I already called that number before and y’all still haven’t responded so don’t reply trying to act concerned because that’s a lie or you would have contacted me already

    Ask for a discount on open box Christmas display the lady that's a manager said i can sell it full price . Mind you on clemson blvd Anderson lowes we have bought displays for years even last year always got a discount not happy considering how much money we spend at that store 🙄 😒 😑 but the sales person told us to ask December 13th 2025 didnt get her name next time I pay more attention
