Went to purchase a dishwasher. Was told by sales associate we would receive next day delivery. We paid for delivery, installation, and extended warranty. When I got home I called the install company to check on time of delivery the following day and was informed the dishwasher would have to be ordered. The sales clerk at Lowe's of Anderson (Clemson Blvd) completely misled us insisting we would receive next day delivery. Our dishwasher was finally installed two and half weeks later. The service provided in the appliance center of Lowe's was not courteous, welcoming or accurate in any shape or form. This was very disappointing for us as we have always used Lowe's.

Jeffrey was an excellent help to my uncle! My uncle was recently diagnosed with moderate to severe arthritis in his back. He asked me to accompany him to Lowe’s so I could help him lift wood. It has been hard watching someone who has always been a hard worker have to slow down, due to back pain. Jeffrey jumped right in and helped all the way to unloading the wood in his vehicle. Im sure Jeffrey had lots of other things to do, but his patience and eagerness to help really stood out to me. He is an asset to Lowe’s! Thank you so much for your help today!

Update! Lowes made it right by finding a loop whole to replace the product
Horrible experience! Lowe’s does not back their delivery drivers! I ordered a product and it was stolen out of the box. And delivered to my front door whether it happened by the delivery driver or by Lowe’s will never know but Lowe’s won’t replace it or refund me the money they say they’re not responsible.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
