When you pay for delivery Lowe's wants to be like Amazon and just drop it off on your porch. They expect you to install it. I bought a stove and they don't install I know they used to because in 2020 they did install with delivery.

Customer Service here at the Clemson Blvd. location is awful. I figured out the last time I was there that some of the employees aren't wearing their "Lowe's" vests, this is obviously to blend in with the customers so they can goof off and not be badgered by a customer on their way between favorite goof off locations in the store. Another time I was there, I was at the carpet cutting area wanting 25 ft. of carpet cut. So I pressed the "Need Help" button there and the intercom announced, "Customer needs assistance at the Paint Desk." So I pressed again and again it was the paint desk on the intercom again. So that's screwed up just like their customer service commitment. Another time I bought a refrigerator there and had to wait over an hour to get it loaded onto my truck. I imagine there was a fight between the employees over who got the prestigious honor of loading my $2,500 refrigerator and that's why it took so long. My shopping experience at Lowe's Clemson Boulevard location has come to an end. Going to start going to the Simpsonville Lowe's (further away) but I still like Lowe's. If it's an emergency repair I'll go to Home Depot in Anderson.
