    Absolutely the worse customer service in garden section. Never find anyone to help no matter how hard you look. Then if you are lucky enough to find an employee, it is like you are infringing on their time. This is not a one time experience. The cashier that checked out my items today never once gave me eye contact, even when I asked her a question. Please train your staff before putting them on the floor. Courtesy goes a long way!

    Very rude people working here. Everyone standing around but they cant answer a phone. They pick up and hang up. I just want my order. They guaranteed it today texted me, called me, and emailed me saying it be here and have somone home. Now they said 7 days later. Sorry Management.

    I've been in multiple times over the last couple of months, and I have been pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to find help (which I've needed nearly every time)..Phil the floor guy was so patient with me as I made him repeat things multiple times. He even did a mock demo twice to give me a visual understanding, which I needed. Previously William (Red), talked me through blinds on 2 different visits,; which I knew absolutely nothing about, and I was really confused by all the options etc... He has since helped me with electrical stuff too. I must also really praise Porchia(spelling?), who helped me in appliances after a really frustrating experience with a "new" refrigerator delivery , and an absolutely infuriating experience with the help and customer service #'s given at purchase. I went into the store desperate for help and quite literally "beside myself"by that point. She was able to find the info no one else had, carefully talked me through possible remedies, and we were eventually able to come to enough of a solution that I felt satisfied and vindicated after the multiple frustrating calls trying to follow "procedures". This had been a very stressful purchase to start with due to money and the fact my husband and I absolutely could not agree on even the style much less the important features for a new refrigerator. To have finally picked one, and then have it arrive in the condition it did (no fault of the delivery people) had already put me on "edge".I just cannot say enough what a difference her help made in this experience as did the delivery guys who were honest, helpful, and communicated clearly. While I'm at it, I should also state I've been very pleased with the help at the return desk. I have approached them multiple times with no idea where to start or go with various issues (with or without returns). They have (each and everyone) gone above and beyond to help me get the correct info etc... Unfortunately, I don't remember any of their names, but there have been at least 4 different ones I've dealt with on my visits including this last one. So now, when I walk in I'm a whole lot less anxious feeling confident that they will do their best to help. I must add, I'm really intrigued with their new program to help with really high bulbs, filters, garage maintenance etc... Cathleen

    I was at Lowe's Aiken today for a variety of products and was able to get help from a couple of employees. I would like to specifically thank and point out Beth. She was hopping around helping customers and other employees everytime I saw her. She saw the receipt paper ran out on my cash register and before I could turn around to tell someone she opened the cash register and replaced it. Then as I went outside she had already went to gather shopping carts. This isn't my first experience with Beth. Last week I had made two trips for mulch and she promptly loaded me on both trips. Always with a smile and courteous. Today as I was leaving I caught her out in the parking lot to let her know I appreciated her and her hustle. I told her today wasn't the first time I've seen her hard work. She said she remembered loading my mulch. I thanked her and she started to tear up which made me tear up. So please, please let her know she is very much appreciated.
