    Absolutely the worst experience. I ordered flooring on 12/30/25 and was told it would be available for in-store pickup on 1/3/26. After receiving no communication from Lowe’s, I contacted the store on 1/4/26 and spoke with two representatives in the flooring department. The first representative said he would check with receiving, then returned to say the order had not arrived. The second representative stated that they “always have issues with orders arriving on time” and informed me the flooring would not be available until 1/5/26—a full 72 hours late. I questioned why, knowing they do not receive deliveries on weekends and frequently have delays, this information was not disclosed at the time of purchase. I received no clear answer and asked to speak with a manager. The assistant store manager, Chelsie, confirmed they are not a Saturday receiving store and that the flooring would not arrive until Monday. She also stated the order had not even been loaded onto a truck—despite the tracking system showing the day order received 12/30, prepared for delivery on 1/1, and in transit after that. This is completely unacceptable. Employees were aware of these limitations but failed to communicate them upfront. As a result, I now have a contractor scheduled whom I must still pay, even though the work cannot be completed on time due to Lowe’s failure to deliver as promised. Lowe’s takes no responsibility for the inconvenience or financial impact caused.

    I know many places are short staffed and or busy but I just waited 25 minutes to talk to a live person for an appliance question and NO ONE picked up…. How sad is it that no one at a business can answer the phone!?!??!! This is wild!!!

    I have alot of precious memories in this place because when I was younger and now I remember seeing the same Hoover windtunnel self propelled ultra bagged upright Vacuum when I was little because my best friend Shirley Still had one also we had one just like it at the Winfield Heights church too when I was little also I love looking at the soft potty seats because they are my favorite also I love looking at appliances also I love wet dry vacuums too.
