They assisted me throughout the entire process—from application and payment to setting up the mobile app—so there was nothing to worry about at any stage. My only concern is the potential rent increase after the first few months. The staff were not sure how much it might go up, which makes me a bit uncertain since this is my first time renting a storage unit. I hope the rate increase will be minimal or that the price will remain the same😊

However as time passed and 3 and about to be the 4th rent raise with no upgrades with services or carts only changing of names and colors of roll up doors, I felt it was time to cancel their services immediately after I recieved the 4th change in rate notice. Almost double the price from 2 years ago when I took their services a simple 5x5 unit started of at 47 and from reading the 4th notice of change of rate to 85 dollars a month it is no longer worth it.
