I took it to the Window Shoppe & they fixed it super quick and gave me a new bracket because the other one was super worn after 10 plus years and caused the shade pin to break. Didn't even charge me. I bought my custom shades from them over 10 years ago. They were also the go to company I would call when I was in commercial property management if I needed window treatments. I'd definitely recommend them for any needed window treatments. 😊

In the past, I had gone with the more expensive HD retailer but found they lacked great customer service and follow up skills. I had The Window Shoppe install new shades (room darkening and up/downs) installed and they were able to complete in less than 1 month of ordering. Great communication and customer service. Also Installation was so easy and quick fitting perfect and exactly the way I wanted it to be installed. It was hardly a chore for me to come home in less than 20min he installed all. Great cleanup afterwards too. The product is beautiful and durable and did I mention less than half the price of Hunter Douglas dealer. I can't wait to save on my oil bill this winter! Highly recommended, thanks Window Shoppe!
