Apparently, there had been a rip in the leather that they must have repaired, but within a few months that repair began to fail and become visible. This is an unacceptable business practice and I deserve a full refund.

They set a date for me and on the date that they gave me they notified me that the delivery would arrive in 13 minutes, two hours passed and the delivery never arrived when I contacted the store they told me that my delivery was set for next Monday, when I contacted them to confirm that my delivery was going to arrive on Monday they told me that now they can't deliver it on Monday that it was set to be delivered on Friday, meaning the way this company handles it is horrible, it's still two weeks later that my delivery hasn't arrived, and I've been told everything because I'm the one calling, not because they are notifying me of anything. You lose days of work waiting for delivery from these people.
