Great experience! The storeroom is gigantic, organized and immaculately cleaned. Our sleep consultant, Alfonsina “Ali” Guzman, was superb! She was thorough and really knows the products. We purchased a Sealy Posturepedic Hybrid Winchester Firm King. We’re middle aged and mostly side-sleepers. Financing was a breeze. The team that delivered was excellent and really communicated their arrival time. Looking forward to shopping there in the future for all our furniture needs.

Furniture got “lost” in the new system leaving us 2 months without furniture. Every-time we called we were assured it would be delivered by the end of the week (this continued for 2 months). The only option we were given was to pay $400 more for a similar couch that would be delivered sooner (they claimed that this was a great deal and very generous of them- how insulting to a customer that has already spent thousands!)
Ivan, the store manager is extremely unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. He continuously cut me off mid sentence. Every time I spoke with him and he was very passive aggressive. He should NOT be in a customer facing position.
This company has lost future business from me, my friends, and my family.

I am giving a 5 for Robert the sales man and for customer service, an also the delivery men, I am giving a 0 rating for Ivan assistant manager, after purchasing more than I can say from this store when you have a problem Ivan shouldn't be in a rush on the phone while speaking to a loyal customer, I was mislead on the platform stating the boards on my bed can stay on, when they delivered the platform was dipping downward and they did ask if I wanted the slats off my bed I unfortunately said no, that is where Ivan stated on phone well the slats come off that is the purpose. Continually saying make a decision if you want that platform back there will be a $75 delivery fee, as he was in a hurry on the phone with me, he may need more training on patience with loyal customers...

Spent around 800 to only have it lost in the new system that the first woman said was only two weeks old. When it was about a month old. She was rude and said the system is down but could pull up all my information. The manager came on the phone and told me he would call over and see when he could get the delivery to us because the system didn’t schedule us even tho I had paperwork saying it. He never called back and I had to hunt him down to be told he doesn’t even have our items any were close to us and would have to wait over a week just to get them. When I asked to cancel my order he stated 7-14 days for my money to be returned and that was my banks policy which is a lie also. He offered nothing in return nor did he try to keep the Business. I hope someone in the corporate office sees this and reaches out because the BBB will also be getting notified about the dishonesty. If I could rate it a negative I would in all honesty. If you want better service and honest people try Jordans or Cardis.

DONT COME HERE! Order lost in the system which WE had to bring to their attention. Paid nearly $100 for delivery, for absolutely nothing to get delivered! I had better luck with Cardis and will be going with them in the future.
