Purchased Qt. 10 Levolor blinds that needed to be cut down between 1.0-0.5” inches size. In my middle of getting my blinds cut I was bumped off for another customer. My take away is that my time is not as important as someone else’s, not good customer service in my opinion. I was also in a rush, so very disappointed.

This has always been my go to Lowe's we absolutely love the workers here.
Today my children did the kids club for the first time and our experience was absolutely amazing. The set up was nice, clean and organized. The girl who ran it set us up with everything we need, she was super friendly and full of excitement. She was the perfect person for the job!

What an amazing Christmas experience for my kids! We walked around looking at the trees- made hot chocolate at the hot coco bar, then my kids wrote letters to santa and put it in the mailbox! Went inside to view the animatronics and lights! We found the perfect tree that my 10 yr old daughter picked and Craig helped us put it on our car! Very personable and so helpful- he got our season started off just right!
