It has been nothing but problems has not worked. I’ve contacted Lowes a total of five times. I’ve had the installers out four times and had a GE warranty person out once as well and four months into this process, the dish machine still doesn’t work and nobody cares absolute worst experience in my life. I will never purchase anything from Lowes again and I urge anyone and everyone who is interested in Customer Service to point out this store?

Instead I went to Home Depot up the road and got helped right away and they actually had the product I was looking for as promised per their online page. Their customer service desk actually called over two different people to help over the intercom versus the employee at this Lowe’s that acted like I was a party of 10 coming into a restaurant before closing hours and could not be bothered to help. I had to instruct her how to look up a product I did not know the exact model type of, before realizing I was only wasting my time and walked out. There was one clerk at this Lowe’s that did attempt to help me, but customer service couldn’t not have been more annoyed I was asking for assistance.

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
