- KAKiran S AmmatiJan 5, 20261.0DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE!! be ware people will steal your clothes from this place— In early January of 2026 i was washing my rugs, the rugs still came out slightly wet from the dryer so i had to put that in again— i stepped out to grab a bite to eat and i came back to see someone had stolen my rug. The staff will just shrug their shoulders and will not care for your stuff and be extremely un-empathetic— they just told me report to the police if you want we don’t care! I left my information for them to call me back no one did and when i asked for customer care or manager contact they said they will not share that information. This place is a legit scam stay away!!!

- DFDonna FoleyDec 5, 20251.0So I have been doing my laundry and dropping off my laundry to be cleaned for over 3 years at the Cranston laundromax..I was in the area of Providence and entered the Admiral street location and asked yo use the bathroom. I was asked if Ian doing my laundry..I said no but explained I am a long time faithful customer at the Cranston location and she denied me the use of their bathroom . She did however gave he the option to leave 1$ or write a good google review and then set would allow ne to use the bathroom. You have got to be kidding me? It seriously has me questioning what kind of company I've been doing business with for years. I've often used the bathroom at the Cranston location when I'm not doing my laundry and I've always been greeted with a smile and never denied entry...so who gets the dollar she said I could pay? Does it go in her tip jar?

I always come here, I am here now LOL & I always lose things here but the nice woman at the front who works there always finds my belongings and saves them for me! A true life saver! She is super helpful and attentive, always making sure the place is super clean. The washers/dryers are always clean. My things always smell amazing and I never have to wash twice to get stains out unlike other places. Never get ruined or bleached by previous users. I love it!
