Unfortunately, its location in the West End of Providence raises serious safety concerns. I am a mother of three, and on 2 separate occasions the police had to be called. In 1 incident, a woman ran into the laundromat and screamed at my younger children, leaving them terrified. In another, a man repeatedly followed and harassed my children and me, while also being disruptive and disrespectful toward the employee, putting her safety at risk. Although the staff handled both situations professionally, the ongoing safety issues make this location difficult to recommend for families. I hope meaningful steps are taken to better protect both customers and employees. While there are cameras on site, it is clear that more is needed. I strongly hope the company’s higher-ups support their employees, give them the benefit of the doubt, and make safety their top priority.

She’s always ready to help whether it’s answering questions, or making sure the machines are running smoothly. You can tell she truly cares about the people who walk through the door. Her kindness and upbeat energy make doing laundry (which is usually a chore!) feel easy and pleasant. LaundroMax is lucky to have her, and so are the customers who get to interact with her. Thank you, Catalyna, for making every visit a great experience! P.S she needs a raise🙏🙏🙏
