I couldn't physically visit the location but the manager Paul at Pawtucket location in Rhode Island was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. He was very courteous handling my transaction over the phone. I will definitely rent a unit again at this location throughout my student's college years. The manager at Hillsborough location in North Carolina was also up to task. Kudos to you all.
- LRLuis RamosMar 12, 20261.0Today, the store manager spoke to me using offensive language after I requested the "move-out" document—a form they are required to provide when a customer vacates a storage unit. (No need to lie i have filmed everything when the manager kicked me out of the building for no reason using offensive words to me) THE REASON OF EVERYTHING IS DOWN BELOW. I have been a customer of this fraudulent company for many years, and their scam involves offering you a promotional rate only to subsequently double the price. Once I figured out a way to stop them from ripping me off, I began experiencing problems with them. The trick is this people dont be scammed anymore: before the initial four-month "special rate" period expires—and assuming you have already paid for those four months—you can pay for an additional three months in advance. You must do this before they send out the letter notifying you that the price has gone up; once that time runs out and it is time to pay again, they will claim they can no longer accept another advance payment from you. By that point, you will have already paid for seven months of rental with them; your next step is simply, rent a new unit and move all your belongings over.😊
