  When you go to the new laundromat and their signs up everywhere saying that when you load money onto a new card you get $5 bonus says it right next to the machine but then when you go to get a new card for the dollar they tell you that you have to get a new card even though you have a card already for the laundry mat down the street but then the guy tells you oh it's March 1st it ended but the signs are still up and it doesn't say anywhere on the signs that it ends March 1st so it's ghetto

  We’ve had such a great experience with this laundromat on Central Ave in Pawtucket! The space is always clean, well-lit, and the machines are reliable and fast, which makes a big difference when you’ve got a lot to get through. The staff is friendly, helpful, and clearly cares about keeping the place running smoothly. It’s also one of the few spots in the area that feels welcoming and safe for families, which we really appreciate. You can tell they take pride in serving the community well. Highly recommend to anyone in Pawtucket looking for a dependable place to do laundry!

  This laundromat sets the standard for how every laundry place should be. It’s clean, bright, and well maintained every time I come in. All the machines work properly, prices are fair, and I’m in and out way faster than anywhere else. No wasted time or broken equipment. You can actually relax while doing laundry here because it feels safe and organized. The staff is respectful and helpful, which makes a big difference. Honestly, once you come here, you won’t want to go anywhere else. Best laundromat around, no question.

  I’ve tried a lot of laundromats over the years and this one is easily my favorite. It’s super clean, well taken care of, and you can tell management actually cares about the place. The washers and dryers are newer, run smoothly, and get the job done fast, which saves a lot of time. There’s plenty of space, it feels safe, and it never feels chaotic or dirty like most spots. Everything is organized and easy to use. Honestly, it makes laundry quick and stress-free. Definitely the best laundromat I’ve been to — worth the trip every time.

  Best, most functional, affordable, and CLEAN laundromat I’ve found yet throughout MANY cities across the state. Found this place from an availability misunderstanding at my normal laundromat but HAD to go, I’m so glad I did and found Laundromax!! I also like the pun in the name 😆🤣 I have OCD pretty badly so cleanliness is EVERYTHING to me in public. I can’t speak for everyone as this was my first time, however, Nicole was very nice/helpful had the place glowing!! Was hooked before walking through the doors. She had everything organized neatly, spotless surfaces and seats, clean floors, and up kept bathrooms (HUGE public bonus there). They have clean, modern/technologically advanced, and efficient/powerful machines. There’s various settings on both washers and dryers to meet a wide range of laundry needs which I love, you never know what you may run into with little ones lol and they also have pet designated machines!! Brilliant. This place offers several types of services, is spacious with many machines (of varied sizes; 20-80lbs wash, 45lb dryers & some larger ones), is family friendly with an area perfect for dining, another living room like space with a large flatscreen and comfy seating which comes with an abundance of convenient side tables in between seats, random differing seating, and a whole separate area near dryers with many clean folding tables. Free WiFi, outlets/USB/Type C ports hidden throughout, modern vending machines, ATM, and desk that contains numerous items for purchase such as laundry supplies/laundry bags (which are good quality and decently priced on top of assorted styles, sizes, & patterns). EASE OF USE & PRICE; I’m not big on tech and despise laundry cards but love good old fashion coin-op machines, however, I love the app system they have where everything can be done from your phone (directions and steps are easy to follow and clearly laid out everywhere on how to get the app & use it). They do also have cards. The modern machines were designed with ease of use in mind. There are touchscreens on every machine that walk you through the entire process Barney style, step-by-step, and even have a help menu. The detergent compartments are very clearly labelled with signs and are self explanatory. Steps stools available if you can’t see that high 🙋🏼‍♀️😆. Prices are average for modern day society, however, they offer half price wash after 10pm, you get $5 for every $20 spent, and FREE DRYING which=technically cheaper, specially when washing after 10pm. Free dryer mins depend on washer size but even the smallest washer (20 lbs) gets you 32 free minutes of dry time. As the size of the wash goes up, so does the amount of free dry time and it is all laid out for you on a sign. They have a hand washing station in between the two restrooms plus access to paper towel (love these features at a laundromat) in addition to 2 different height bubblers in the “living room” and there’s a decent amount of parking available. Think that’s everything…😬😂 I highly recommend so upgrade your laundry and take it to the Laundromax!! Corny pun intended lol
