I NEVER used wash dry and fold but OMG to my surprise it was worth every extra dollar. The manager Alycia was extremely professional and Kudos to Grace who did my laundry with what I call love ❤️. This place has friendly staff and I may just spoil myself and let Grace do my laundry from here on. I even met the owner very friendly.

- LNLynne NeveuboucherOct 24, 20251.0They are some of the most rudest staff I have ever met in my life. I was there on October 24, 2025 at 9:39 pm at the girl who was working was extremely rude. She refused to give me the managers name and phone number. They hardly have any carts that you can take outside so you end up having to carry all your bags in by hand. Also they only have 2 big dryers. They have no large laundry carts. Very very expensive and poor customer service. I need to look elsewhere to do our laundry. I definitely would not recommend that place to anyone.

And it’s not the place because it’s very nice and clean and well kept. It’s the actual rudeness of the worker. I was able to get her name and her name is Alicia. Fortunately, when I came back to put my clothes in the dryer there was another person in the front whose name was Tanya. She was very nice and willing to help. She made sure that I got everything I needed help with. Unfortunately, if I Choose to come back and encounter that Alicia person again that will be the last time I come. I would advise that you teach her some manners and make her understand customers like me are what keep your establishment running. I would also be grateful for Tanya, because I wouldn’t even think of coming back after that rude encounter with her. Maybe she needs to be educated, that a little kindness goes along way.
