    walked in at 6 not realizing the store had just closed but my key fob died in kohl’s parking lot and it’s 18 degree weather out. tried to explain my situation to a worker asking if i could quickly buy a battery to be able to get into my car as they stopped me at the door but with no compassion they said no they’re closed. i will never bring my business here again.

    Ordered item from milford,mass lowes that was to be delivered to me from north smithfield,r.i. lowes. Well item never came and was delivered to different address and picture that delivery driver took wasnt my house. Called north smithfield and they appeared somewhat not that interested in my non delivery. Well this was the 1st and last time to get any deliveries from n. smithfield,r.i. lowes and i will most likely dispute my cc pymt,if item doesnt show up. Also was put on hold for 45 minutes with customer service. Im 77 yr old disabled veteran who drove a truck for a living and i was proud of my delivery record. To bad they dont have minus star review

    I visited this location to make a simple return at 12 PM on Dec 11 and unfortunately had a very negative experience with an employee named Kelly. My item, which was only $6, had become damaged, and I simply asked if it was possible to return it. Instead of assistance, I was met with unnecessary attitude, and she stated it wasn’t her fault it was damaged and would not process the return. I remained polite and respectful throughout the interaction, yet was met with extreme rudeness. As a person of color, I couldn’t help but wonder if the way I was treated was influenced by bias, as the hostility felt completely unprovoked. As a Gold Key member who spends a significant amount at Lowe’s, I’ve never felt so disrespected by an employee. This experience was disappointing and does not reflect the level of customer service I expect from the company.

    This review not specific to this store. I purchased a Mohawk carpet from Lowes, which, when installed, was clearly defective. It has been almost 4 months since I filed a claim to replace the carpet and Mohawk (the carpet manufacturer) continues to say the claim is "under review" . So far Lowes has been sympathetic but ineffective while Mohawk continues to stall. My advice is don't buy carpet through any Lowes store as their customer support is ineffectual and their carpet supplier appears to have no intention of standing behind their product.

    This is nothing against the store per say but the means in which they handled the Black Friday bucket release. This is the second year in a row I have attended. Year 1 - arrived at 540am, and no one was in the store yet and a small line out front. Fast forward to this year, arrive at the same time get in line, doors open to find out that the passes for the buckets had already been handed out earlier in the morning and then those customers left and came back. So the caveat of the buckets going to the FIRST 50 customers in the door was completely false as many of us entered the store to see a pile of buckets sitting there through the first 20 minutes of being open waiting on those pass holders to return. Our consolation was a 20% off coupon that we were told by the Manager and ASM that we could use day of, but clearly printed on the bottom it was not active until 12/5. Once again my rating/complaint is not directed at the stores performance overall, but the handling of the black friday members bucket giveaway.
