After very little effort and no specialized tools, he announced that it couldn't be done and offered to replace the lock. I needed it done, so I trusted him, and he badly overcharged for the labor (this was not an emergency call) and then left a hole in my door that the new lock didn't cover. He said he didn't have the part in his truck and would install it later that day. I texted back and forth with the guy for a week, and then got sick of having a hole in my door in the dead of winter and went to Home Depot to get the piece and install it myself. I just asked him for my tip back (yes, I was dumb enough to tip him) and he readily agreed, but still no refund a week later. I'm sure KeyMe would help if I called them yet again about the problem, but I'm done calling and texting about this.
