The sofa is a "family heirloom" that we wanted done right. Alan provided many different material sample books, and when we were having trouble deciding, he provided guidance and opinions to help us make a choice. Pick-up and drop-off were easy and quick. He provides accurate time estimates for the work. The finished sofa exceeded our expectations, with very close attention to details, finishing, and overall final product. Overall, Alan was very easy to work with, and we are very satisfied with the outcome.

We needed new shades throughout the condo and immediately called Alan. He came out with an impressive variety in several price ranges, worked with us on type, color and materials with really wonderful results. Our living room shades lower from the top as well as raise for when we want a little more privacy but still want the sunshine. The blinds in the den are great! Once again Bob Francis Interiors has come through for us with flying colors!

His work far exceeded my expectations. He is a true expert of his craft and I wouldn’t have trusted anyone with this sentimental piece of my family history like I did Bob. I’ve posted pictures online and hundreds of people have commented. Don’t even bother looking for anyone else. He’s the best in the game!
