The sofa is a "family heirloom" that we wanted done right. Alan provided many different material sample books, and when we were having trouble deciding, he provided guidance and opinions to help us make a choice. Pick-up and drop-off were easy and quick. He provides accurate time estimates for the work. The finished sofa exceeded our expectations, with very close attention to details, finishing, and overall final product. Overall, Alan was very easy to work with, and we are very satisfied with the outcome.
