  I hired Yankee Tree Service in October 2025 to trim two old, beautiful trees on my small Providence property. The team squeezed into my tight driveway and demonstrated genuine care for the health of the trees—not just rushing through the job. There was minor damage to my house during the work, but the owner Rob called me right away and made it right. They're professional, take their work seriously, and stand behind their service. I'd recommend them without hesitation.

  one of their truck drivers turned into my lane last second, cut me off and when i beeped at him he then stopped immediately and started to reverse into me. license plate 1FV600. horrible road rage and horrible for company. talk to you employees about their anger issues.

  In November 2021,Zack from Yankees Tree gave me an estimate and contract for brush removal.They were to come and do the work November 5?. NO ONE SHOWED THAT MORNING OF THE JOB. I CALLED THE OFFICE AND SHE SAID ZACK IS OUT WITH A HURT BACK BUT THEY WILL COME LATER,HOPEFULLY. AT 330PM THEY CAME.THE OWNER ROB WAS THERE INSTEAD OF ZACK. ROB DID A SMALL JOB FOR MY NEIGHBOR,WHICH WAS SCHEDULE FOR THE SAME DAY.WHEN ROB WAS DONE WITH MY NEIGHBOR IT WAS 430P. HE SAID IT WAS TO LATE IN THE DAY AND HE WOULDN'T HAVE ENOUGH TIME. ROB SAID HE WILL HAVE YHE OFFICE CALL TO RESCHEDULE. KNOW ONE CALLED.I CALLED DEC 17,21.THE RECEPTIONIST STATED HE DIDNT WANT TO DUE THE JOB BECAUSE HE WANTED MORE MONEY FOR THE JOB AND NOT HONOR THE CONTRACT. SHE STATED HE COULDN'T TELL YOU THAT. BUT HE TOLD THE OFFICE. THEREFORE, WE CAN ONLY GIVE YOU A NEW CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE BUT WE WON'T HONOR THE ORGINAL ONE. NOT PROFESSIONAL, NOT ON TIME,NOT ORGANIZED,DIDNT HONOR FIRST ESTIMATE. KARYN L

  Rob and his tree crew were awesome. They work hard, do an excellent job, and totally clean up after the work is done. We’ve used Yankee Tree several times over the past few years. They always do a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them.
