I hadn’t realized the original rate was promotional. The young lady working this evening was extremely professional, patient, and thorough. She clearly explained how the promotional pricing works, why the rate adjusted, and what options I had moving forward. She even went above and beyond by offering a partial discount now and letting me know that a potentially better discount might be available if I waited for a follow-up call tomorrow. I really appreciated her empathy and the way she provided multiple solutions rather than a one-size-fits-all answer. She made the whole experience easy to understand and left me feeling valued as a customer. I didn’t catch her name, but I want to make sure management knows she was the representative on duty during this evening’s shift, she deserves recognition for her excellent service.
