- BABrittany AshleyDec 30, 20255.0I haven’t been to a laundromat in YEARS. But my heavy comforter needed a good clean, and my washer at home couldn’t handle it. When I walked in I had ZERO clue what I was doing. Nancy was so helpful and patient with me. She even noticed that I didn’t put the tide pods in the right place and showed me where they are supposed to go. Most people these days wouldn’t have even said anything and my comforter would have been washed with no soap. She also explained how the machines worked, and later helped me with the dryer (because again I had no clue what I was doing) she was so friendly! The facility is also clean, with lots of space, and I felt comfortable being there. If I need to use the laundromat again I will definitely return!
