  The service was outstanding! So easy to work with, immediate openings for the week when I called. Accommodated me for my service when I misunderstood the time ( my fault!) and needed an extra 30 minutes to delay arrival. The cleaner explained all the services he was going to perform and how. He was efficient and the tile floor, the living room rug and the drapes came out spectacular. The rug looked brand new when he was done The curtains were so vibrant and the room looked bright again! Very professional ! The cost was sooo reasonable. If your reading this review just make the call, no need to shop around, they are the best!

  I hired Carpet Cleaning Experts to perform a full deep cleaning of my sectional using a truck-mounted system. Unfortunately, the service was not completed as promised. After the first visit, visible surface dirt remained on the sectional. Although the service was described as “dry cleaning,” my house was left smelling strongly of chemicals afterward. Once the couch had fully dried, it was clear that large portions had not been properly cleaned. I contacted the company five days later to raise my concerns. A redo appointment was scheduled, and a second technician came out. He told me he could clean the entire sectional and acknowledged that additional visible soil could be removed. However, he stated that the company would not allow him to clean the rest of the couch due to company restrictions. After they already told me they would come back and clean it. Once again, only the arms and front were cleaned. At no point was I informed that only partial cleaning would be performed. Additionally, I was asked to sign a digital work order that I was unable to read or review before signing. After two visits, the sectional still was not fully cleaned despite paying for a complete deep cleaning service. The owner has not accepted responsibility for the incomplete service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I have before-and-after photos and written communication that clearly support the details outlined in this review.

  The most professional polite, kind and fairly priced merchant in my 50+ years of experience. Having the carpets cleaned is a chore that I put off for 20 years! They clearly have museum-qualitiy service.

  I recently had my sofa, dining chairs, bar stools, and platform bed professionally cleaned and could not be happier with the results. My sofa required dry cleaning due to the down feathers, while the other pieces were wet cleaned, everything was handled knowledgeably and with great care. The transformation was noticeable immediately. Each piece looks refreshed and feels truly clean without any damage or over-saturation. The only thing I wish is that I had found them sooner. Highly recommend if you value expertise and thoughtful handling of quality furniture.

  Our experience with this company has been nothing less than 5⭐️. Our service technician Jose is kind, trustworthy, knowledgeable and most of all reliable to deliver the expectation that we want. Our white chairs are always cleaned to perfection and our carpet stains due to animal accidents are deminished. To avoid the soiling of the carpets is only “our fault” as the cleaning has been essential to eliminate the odors & reason for our puppies to go back. Look no further .. this company is truly the best!
