Je n’ai jamais vécu un service aussi médiocre avec Brick. Depuis le 29 décembre, j’attends toujours ma commande, que je n’ai pas encore reçue.
Lorsque j’ai demandé à parler à un responsable afin de trouver une solution, j’ai été mise en contact avec une responsable des opérations qui m’a clairement indiqué qu’elle ne pouvait rien faire. Sa communication était fermée et peu coopérative.
La situation s’est aggravée lorsque j’ai demandé le numéro de téléphone de Brick pour déposer une plainte : elle m’a simplement redonné le même numéro, malgré mon insistance pour obtenir le contact général du service des plaintes.
Heureusement, j’ai finalement réussi à discuter avec un directeur général qui a pris en charge ma situation.

Je n'étais jamais allée dans ce magasin avant ; j'étais à la recherche d'un frigo, mais je n'avais pas l'intention de l'acheter le jour même. Cependant, le vendeur, Nadim, a été extrêmement attentionné, a répondu à toutes nos questions et nous a présenté toutes les options disponibles en fonction de mes besoins. J'ai finalement fait mon achat et je suis repartie très satisfaite du produit choisi et du service reçu.

Très honnêtement, l’une des pires expériences de service à la clientèle que j’ai vécues.
Nous avons commandé un lave-vaisselle en ligne en novembre. La livraison a été repoussée à plusieurs reprises sans solution concrète. Nous nous sommes donc déplacés en magasin pour voir les modèles disponibles. On nous a fait magasiner sur un ordinateur en magasin, avec une vendeuse.
Quelques jours plus tard, on nous appelle pour nous dire que le modèle choisi n’est finalement pas disponible et qu’on doit en prendre un autre. Le choix nous a été fortement imposé et, sous pression, nous avons accepté. Nous avons regretté immédiatement ce choix.
J’ai rappelé le jour même, puis nous nous sommes déplacés le soir même en magasin pour annuler. Résultat : 50 minutes d’attente pour obtenir un remboursement de la commande en ligne, puis recommencer à magasiner sans aucune aide de la vendeuse. Finalement, on nous annonce que le modèle que nous voulions n’était pas livrable avant février 2026, ce qui était inacceptable. Nous avons donc décidé d’annuler complètement.
Depuis mardi, on nous promet un remboursement qui n’arrive jamais. La livraison du lave-vaisselle que nous avions refusé était prévue aujourd’hui, et la commande n’a jamais été annulée, malgré trois appels pour le demander. On nous dit maintenant que la commande est « en route » et qu’il est trop tard pour annuler, et qu’on nous rappellera encore pour le remboursement.
Beaucoup de temps perdu, aucune prise en charge réelle, informations contradictoires et un suivi inexistant.
Très mauvaise expérience du début à la fin. Je ne recommande absolument pas cette succursale.

Bought my sofa a little over a year ago. Had a great sales experience, and the salesman, Luc Turner, sold me a warranty. For an addition 200 and some $, if ever I had any problems with my couch, whatever it be, even my cats breaking it he told me, they would change it under warranty he told me.
Fast forward a year later. The sofa has multiple issues. Pieces of the sofa are so far apart my 15 month old baby falls through the sofa, all cushions are worn out, the section of the sofa where you can store cushions inside has its springs completely broken, and on top of that the wheels for the retractable section of the sofa have completely destroyed my floor as they don't turn anymore.
With the warranty I bought, I believed I would have piece of mind to find a convenient solution. Boy, was I wrong. I started the warranty process on October 1st. I've had to follow-up at least 5 times just for someone to give me an answer on where the warranty process was at (most employees working in the customer service department of the store have no clue). I finally spoke with the customer service director, and he sent a technician over to my house. His final offer is this: the technician can change the 2 wheels that completely destroyed the floor. The sofa cushions being completely worn out after a year isn't covered. The springs being broken isn't covered. No way to fix the sections that I can literally fall through as the hinges don't hold them together. I had this call with the customer service director 4 weeks ago. Still no call or sign of life for a technician to come fix the bare minimum they are willing to fix.
If you have a piece of furniture you want to buy at The Brick in Trois-Rivières you can go ahead and buy it. Make sure you love it though, because if you have any after-sale issues these will not get fixed, and you are bound for a nightmare experience! Oh, and don't take the warranty they try to sell. 90% of what they tell you is covered isn't.

Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
