Incroyable. Nous sommes entrés pour voir les sofas. 4-5 jeunes accotés sur un comptoir riaient et avaient leur cell dans les mains. J'ai demandé a un des jeunes pour voir les divans de cuir inclinables. Ils sont là-bas. Oufff j'ai sorti de là

Livraison retardée d’une semaine sous prétexte que les routes étaient mauvaises à 7 h le matin. Or, quelques heures plus tard, les routes étaient tout à fait praticables, mais le livreur n’est jamais passé et la livraison n’a pas été reprise le jour même.
Une nouvelle date a été donnée, mais seulement une semaine plus tard, sans aucune solution intermédiaire. Aucun électroménager de remplacement, aucune mesure d’atténuation, aucun geste concret pour limiter les impacts.
Le problème n’est pas le délai en soi, mais l’absence totale de service et de flexibilité lorsqu’un imprévu survient.
Un geste de dédommagement serait le minimum attendu considérant les inconvénients importants causés.

Nous avions besoin d’avoir un nouveau lave-vaisselle en urgence. Nous avons donc décidé de changer tous nos électroménagers. Le vendeur Louis-Félix nous a très bien conseillé. Il était gentil et très à l’écoute de nos besoins. Nous avions regardé ailleurs auparavant mais c’est chez Brick qu’il y’avait les meilleurs prix en plus des garanties très intéressantes comme celle que si notre frigo brise et qu’on perds notre bouffe il rembourse un montant pour la perte de nourriture. En plus d’avoir trouvé une solution afin que nous puissions avoir notre lave-vaisselle en une semaine car les autres électroménagers ne seront livrés que dans 2 à 14 semaines. Pour nous le plus urgent c’était le lave-vaisselle. Nous sommes vraiment très heureux. Nous vous recommandons d’aller chez Brick de Sherbrooke vous aurez vraiment un excellent service.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
