In one occasion I was denied taking a photo of a $200 mirror (!) that I liked and thought it would fit our style. Wanted to show it my girlfriend, but since the shop assistance stated it is against their policies, we got it somewhere else. Ridiculous! Generally speaking, as long as you know what you are looking for (e.g. Canadian made furnitures, price range, purpose etc.), the sales people here are normally quite good in terms of product knowledge and guidance. Pretty much all price ranges and good quality brands are available here. Showroom and decor look outdated, almost tacky in some areas. Don't expect an all polished designer and high end presentation (you're in Drummondville after all!). As everywhere else in the business, avoid asking for a good price, don't trust sales events! There is always a profit for the owner, else they would already be out of business...
