J'ai acheter 2 tv 75'' 3 causeuse, livré, une des tv ne fonctionne pas Brick impossible d'avoir un service ou autre, il me disent que je dois l'avoir accrocher, passer par samsung, samsung me retourne au vendeur, Brick me répondre pas. aucun retour délais énormes je dois me plaindre a protection du consommateur car c'est 800$ au poubelle, il veulent même pas l'échanger

Tout as été parfais pour le vente, livraison, communication, le matériel n’est pas encore déballer, à la maison, car la livraison vien tout juste de se faire, mais on as une garantis 48h après la livraison sur la marchandise livré!

Pire service après-vente que j'ai connu. On nous promets des dates et des services, aucun suivi. Date de livraison toujours reportées sans nous aviser. La dame du service en clientèle semble indifférente lorsqu'on demande si un remboursement est possible sans nous offrir d'autres options. Je ne sais pas si les autres Brick sont gérées de cette façon, mais sérieux épargnez vous du temps et n'allez pas à celui de St Jerome c'est atroce.

Service a clientèle après vente qui laisse a désiré. Nous avions une date approximative de livraison. Personne nous a avisé que nous que ça l'avait changé. Le vendeur ne nous a pas dit qu'il confirme la date 3-7 jours d,avance pour la livraison. Lorsque nous avons appeler le 27 mars nous nous sommes fait dire que la date d'arrivée des electro était le 2 avril. J'appelle aujourd'hui : non c'est rendu la semaine prochaine. Pourquoi Personne ne nous a avisé que ça avait changé ? Pas de notre faute on gère pas ça. Pourquoi Personne nous a avisé qu'on recevait une confirmation 3-7 jours d'avance ? Ça aurait dû être fait. Okay donc on fait quoi? Pas leur problème. La personne a qui j'ai parlé est resté polis, mais s'en foutait. J'ai demandé a parler a un superieur et elle m'a dit qu'il allait me dire la même chose... Donc une fois qu'on a payé = pu notre problème votre satisfaction.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
