    I am a regular customer of Rona, often buying things for my home and garden. However, this was my first time using their online store, and I want to warn other buyers. It was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I bought a dishwasher online during a sale. The website stated that delivery would take from 2 days to 2 weeks. I placed my order on August 30. The very next day, a Rona representative called me to say that the model was not in stock at my local store, even though I specifically filtered my search for "in-stock" items on their website! (A side note: make sure your geolocation is on when ordering from Rona – that's a separate issue). They gave me a new estimated delivery date: September 4. Okay, not 2 days, but 5 days was acceptable. On September 4, I arranged to work remotely to wait for the delivery. Nothing arrived. I called customer service, and they assured me that if I was expecting it on the 4th, it would definitely come on the 5th. So, I had to take time off work for a second time on September 5. Again, no delivery. Then the real runaround began. I called customer service again, and they told me they had no information about my order and that I should contact the store where I made the purchase. But I bought it online! I went to the nearest Rona store and explained the situation. Unfortunately, it was a Thursday, and the person responsible for appliances would only be in on Sunday. They just took my complaint. On Sunday, a representative from the appliance department called me. He said the dishwasher I ordered was linked to a different store in my city, and they had no information. On Monday, I went to that other store. The cashiers were sympathetic but couldn't help, explaining that they had no record of my purchase because it was made online. The next day, I called customer service again. They still had no information. One guy said he would call me back and then disappeared for two days. I called a few more times, but it was a vicious circle: customer service sent me to the store, and the store sent me back to customer service. After three weeks of this, I tried to cancel the order using the online form, but it didn't work—it gave an error saying "order not found," even though I had the confirmation email and links. I had to call customer service again. They said someone would call me the next day to cancel the order. Surprisingly, a representative did call and asked if I really wanted to cancel. I said yes. Then, almost as an afterthought, he mentioned that the exact dishwasher was, in fact, available at a store in my city and asked if I wanted to pick it up instead. I agreed, but without delivery and installation. He said okay and told me he was working until 6 PM, but the store was open until 9 PM, and he would set the dishwasher aside for me. After work, I drove to the specified Rona store. At the checkout, the staff greeted me with a paper confirming a full refund. When I asked about the dishwasher that was supposed to be held for me, they said it was there, but since my order was refunded, the sale price no longer applied, and I would have to pay $100 more. At least I got my money back. That same day, I ordered a similar dishwasher from Costco and received it successfully in just 3 days. Rona, you always say that your phone calls are recorded. I urge you to review all the calls related to my order and learn from this disaster. I will never, ever order anything from Rona online again!!!

    il vaut mieux aller chez Home Depot. Quatre fois ils m'ont fait revenir pour le service de découpe de moulures et finalement ils ne m'ont pas rendu le service et le directeur n'a pas pris le temps d'écouter mon agacement face à la situation
