J'ai acheté un set de salon. Le vendeur Wa.... n'était pas très attentif. En plein milieu de la transaction, il est allé servir d'autres clients pendant qu'on l'attendait à la caisse. Il est revenu 20 min plus tard pour finaliser la transaction. Par contre, il nous a bien conseillé. Quant à la livraison, les deux gars étaient super gentils et très professionnels. Ça s'est très bien passé. On adore notre set de salon.

I bought a sofa bed from them. When they came to deliver it they scratched my new hardwood floors by dragging the sofa (with staples on the bottom lining) directly on my floor without first installing the legs.
I made a claim for them to pay for the repair costs and after over one month I have still not gotten a dime from them. They have admitted its their fault, but they are not forthcoming in paying the repair costs and offered to settle at a much lower cost.

Very poor customer service. We walked around the store for about 20 minutes before we had to wave down a sales rep just to get help. When he finally came over, he seemed rushed and eager to finish the interaction instead of actually helping us. He mostly just agreed with whatever we asked without giving clear answers.
At the customer service desk we spoke to three different employees and each one gave us completely different information, which was very confusing.
To make things worse, the sales rep went to sit down at the far end of the store while we were still shopping instead of offering to help us find the products we were looking for.
Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and unhelpful. Definitely not the level of service I expected.

Absolutely. If you find the same brand and model currently advertised at a lower price by The Brick or a competitor within 30 days of pick up or delivery, then we'll refund you the difference. Some conditions apply. Check the Price Guarantee page on our website for full details.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

How do I add an extended warranty to my product?
An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
