    On trouve pas mal de tout là-bas, mais les prix sont des fois un peu plus chers qu’au Home Depot. Heureusement, ils ont ajusté le prix sans chialer

    Le service aux entreprises par téléphone s'est grandement dégradé dans les deux dernières années. Généralement je dois attendre 10-15 minutes avant de parler à quelqu'un, si on ne me coupe pas la ligne au nez, ce qui arrive souvent. Souvent difficile d'avoir une livraison pour le lendemain.

    We returned a product thar they sold to us that was incomplete and we are still waiting for our credit. Their customer service is incompetent and they never took responsibility for selling us a product that had missing parts. We wasted so much time and energy on this. We will never be doing business with Rona again. Very disappointed all around.

    Even though the two clerks in the front were too busy to be helpful & couldn’t tell me where D section in isle 11 was, the clerks at another location inside the store were great, looked up the part number I had from the internet and gave me directions to the other store Rona NDG where part would be found in their section D in isle 11. And I took bus 90 west of Cavendish to the 7000 block. This is the second time I have been at this store and the first time I also got a part number from the internet, clerk was very nice & found it for me. In this store don’t waste your time waiting for clerks too busy too help, since store wasn’t busy, find a clerk who will help, especially if you need to catch bus to the go to other store. The Rona catalog system that retrieves parts you need to improve your life, over the internet, is not too good to be true. The system is excellent & real.
