  The customer service is awful. I also tried to get them to stop sending me mail advertisements: impossible. I called 5 times to: this store, the head office, the manager: once you are on their mailing list, you are there for life, and if you move they will continue to send mail to the old address forever. It is terribly annoying because the male pieces are very large and take up a lot of room. I am editing this review in 2024: I originally posted this in 2023. I just received another horrible, large piece of trash advertising from Roche Bobois, after calling 6 times every department asking to be removed, and having the response from the owner below, which is obviously a lie.

  Très mauvaise prise en charge d une reclamation pour un gros défaut de fabrication. Les pieds de table qui s'écaillent après 1 an. Réclamation non satisfaite !!
