  Buyer beware, the customer support is very poor. My blinds were missing a small part and they refused to ship it to me. They told me I would have to go to the store to get it, and that they had it in stock. Reluctantly I drove an hour only to find out they didnt have it. But even then they still refused to ship it to me so I had to drive back again to pick it up. Never again. I had a much better experience with selectblinds, in the future will shop there instead.

  Un employé a refusé de reprendre un livre d'échantillon nous disant de retourner a notre magasin initial, ce qui était clairement faux. Après avoir appeler notre magasin nous avons réussi a leur retourner finalement.
