After being grossly overbilled, I attempted to dispute the charges—only to discover that there’s no way to speak directly with a customer service representative. Their advertised terms and conditions were not honored, and I was left with no recourse to resolve the issue. Depotium seems to have invested heavily in their sales team, but unfortunately, customer care is virtually nonexistent. Once you’ve signed up, you’re on your own. If you value transparency, accountability, and basic customer support, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
