Youssef, the floor manager, is a malicious liar when I called to discuss renting 2 units at 889 Notre Dame W on October 01st, 2025, for the promo of 3 months at 50% off. When the reservation agent spoke on the phone, he was very nice and helpful. He gave me the price I needed. When I came to sign the agreements, he was distracted by talking to me, and I signed without double-checking it properly! Today, I called for a payment because the price is different from what I agreed. He told me that it was not his problem or his fault that I did not read the contract! He was rude and not helpful at all. I will report Youssef to the head office of Depotium, even though he is the owner of Notre Dame W and Saint Antoine W. I will get another storage place near my new apartment! FYI, read carefully before you sign with Youssef about the price and everything else! I am very disappointed and angry about the service from Youssef!
