It took a long time (over 20 min) to het the thing I ordered, but when the box had a dink in it, the lady told me I could return it within 2 days if there was damage to the item, which I think is nice (luckily I didn't have to). People there seemed nice, if tired. Just don't go there expecting to just pick uo your stuff and go quickly.
