I've paid THOUSANDS of dollars for a couch that's sitting in my living room usable for 3weeks now and it won't get any repair techition to look at it for another 2.5 weeks. STAY AWAY from THE BRICK.

Très mauvaise expérience avec The Brick. Marche centrale .La vitrine de ma cuisinière était brisée dès l’achat. Malgré la garantie payée, j’ai fait toutes les démarches sans résultat. J’ai perdu deux jours de travail à attendre des techniciens qui ne sont jamais venus. On m’a fait patienter pendant deux mois jusqu’à la fin de la garantie. Service très décevant, je ne recommande pas du tout.

My parents bought a fridge from them and they agreed to have it delivered Tuesday the 7th of April. They did not deliver.
Called them, they said it’ll be one day late and will be delivered Wednesday the 8th. That wasn’t the agreement. We’re now the 9th and after calling them yet again and showing up to the store they say it will be delivered Saturday the 11th.
Just go to Costco and get your fridge the day of. Dealing with this place has been a disaster.
I will update this review when my parents receive their fridge.
They got it on Saturday April 11th. Smooth delivery but late.

Bought a TV less than a week ago called the store. The receptionist sent me around in circles asked to speak to a manager told me that in order to speak to a manager she had to to fill out a form for the manager to contact me. I asked her if I were in store. Would this be handled the same way where I had to fill out a form she said I didn’t say that. so basically playing games with customers who are already in a bad situation with the store.

I am editing this review because first: it was not me who did it. This guy, "Zaher" I think his name was, just took my phone from my hand. Without any explanation, saying that he was asking if I have google. I didn't under at that time what he meant. Then after he took my phone away (very inappropriate and unprofessional) he then said if someone called me I will win a $1000. I was still not sure why he took my phone away. I saw he was near a desk with a QR code, so I thought maybe it's to register for a raffle? Anyway, couple of hours later and I had my answer. Google thank me for a review that I did not wrote. I mean, wow, taking my phone without my consent is already unbelievable. But, writing a review about himself or about their store that did not come from me. That is another level of betrayal and rudeness. The story did not end there. My second point; after he sold us the furniture that we wanted. He asked if we would be able to pick it up from the warehouse, he said it's only 10 minutes away. It was not. Saturday afternoon, marche central to anjou? In traffic? No not 10 minutes I guaranteed you. So after that long ride we got to the warehouse. Finally we will have what we came for, but no, we did not. The worker said that the system was not working so we can't pick up the item today. Seriously? We went all the way there to hear this? So we called the store to get this fix or to thank them for wasting our time and GAS! Obviously they did not answer our calls, so no choice we had to go back to the store and spend almost an hour in traffic again! We got there, no remorse, not sorry, not even a simple compensation or alternative solution. Ok fine, you know what, black listed! Not going back to that store ever again. The bricks marche central-shame on you.

Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
