  We recently purchased the Canapé Bubble sofa from Roche Bobois and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The store manager Carla was incredibly professional, attentive, and knowledgeable, and made the process genuinely enjoyable. From our first visit, we felt welcomed and well guided, never pressured. They took the time to walk us through the different configurations and finishes, answered all our questions clearly, and helped us choose the right option for our space and lifestyle. Communication was also great throughout: responsive, transparent, and reassuring at every step. It’s rare to find a luxury retail experience that feels this smooth and personal. A big thank you to Carla and the team at Roche Bobois Royalmount we’re absolutely thrilled with our Bubble and we highly recommend this showroom.

  We purchased a dining table from Roche Bobois in April 2025. We were told it would take several months to arrive, which we understood for a high end piece. In September, they called to deliver it and we were genuinely excited. Unfortunately, once it was installed we realized the table was defective. This was shocking given the brand’s reputation and price point. What followed has been a service nightmare. The installers told us someone would contact us. About a week later, a representative came, confirmed the defect, took photos, and said the file would be sent to HQ. Then we heard nothing for close to a month. We had to follow up multiple times ourselves, only to eventually be told we need to take pictures and send to them. In mid December they said they needed to come back again to see the table. That second visit only happened in mid December. As of now, it has been about 9 months since we ordered the table and about 4 months since delivery, and we still have a defective table in our home with no clear timeline as to when our table will be fixed or replaced. No meaningful effort has been made to make things right. If you think buying from a high end company guarantees high quality and responsive service, that has not been our experience. For comparison, we once had an issue with chairs from Structube and they fixed it quickly, refunded part of the purchase, and even gave a gift card. Roche Bobois could learn from that level of accountability. I cannot recommend purchasing from them if you expect problems to be handled efficiently when something goes wrong.
