I would give 0 stars for the after-purchase policy and customer service at The Brick.
I purchased two sofas online, and within hours of delivery, they caused severe back and leg pain due to a pre-existing medical condition. I visited the store within 48 hours of delivery, but my request for assistance was not handled professionally. The manager became dismissive, raised his voice during the discussion, and ultimately stated there was nothing he could do, directing me to contact the online customer service instead.
I contacted them immediately and they said they can’t do anything, they told me to send email instead, I followed up by email and received no response.
I was a returning customer, but after this experience, I will not be purchasing from any store for the brick again.
Policies should not override basic customer care. Ignoring a legitimate concern—especially one related to health—and failing to follow up is unacceptable. This was a very disappointing experience and i will never recommend this store for any one.

I highly recommend this place. Anything you wanna buy in the store because they are super friendly and they were always nice to me in the store with quality service Helen this lady is so nice. She made me laugh. Smile while waiting for a pre-order and she's just kind and very warm And it's like I know the person for 10 years yeah and the director is super nice too Philip He will come and help you he'll go out of his way to help you with any type of help that you need If you have to measure your car for the width to enter an item inside your car super friendly and there's no other place than here . It's the best experience and feeling.. go now

Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
