    Been shopping at this Rona for over 5 years. The customer service is a big 0. No representatives in my section so I went to the front of the store to find 2 guys twiddling their thumbs and having a good laugh. When I asked for help they said for me to go back to the section and they will call someone to come. Nobody came after 5 mins so I left. Brutal service. My advice, know what you need and check online where to find it, get in and get out.

    Went to Rona to buy a EGO product, “Snow blower”. They said the product was reserve for another customer and that we cannot purchase the product. I have not seen A Rona where you can reserve a product without paying for it and denied to sell a product to a customer who is at the store. They stated that I had to wait till 7pm or the next day, if the customer did not purchase it, then I will have the opportunity to purchase it. Thought it was a first come first serve basis. The manager stated the same thing. @ Nov.11,2025 @ 5:30pm. I asked to be on the file if the customer did not purchase the product by 7pm can I get a call to come get it. I was told they don’t do that. So you can reserve a product without paying for it for a couple hours but cannot be the next person on the list to purchase the product. Not happy with the outcome.

    Ne respecte pas les prix affichés, de plus la dame d’un certain âge au service à la clientèle était très bête et impoli. Je n’y retournerai plus.

    Raffi (cashier) deserves a 5☆. He provided the best customer service a person would ever want. He made himself visible while on self-serve duty, but initially helped me to find a rep for the aisle I was in. Then when I arrived at the self-serve he showed me how to enter items that didn't include a bar code, and informed me of possible promos (if I fell in that category), and also when it is. Plus he smiled, he was informative, and very knowledgeable. I enjoyed my visit today. Thanks Raffi!
