- KKKzJan 26, 20265.0I purchased 3 new 'zebra' blinds. After 1 week, two curtains became defective. After contacting customer service, Valerie Hermine took charge of my file and gave step by step instructions on how to proceed with the return. In the meantime, the store gave me temporary blinds to install. Two weeks later, thinking that I would receive the original blinds sent in for repair, I was informed by Valerie that they would be providing me with 2 brand new blinds. My overall experience was very positive. Customer service top notch. Defective products are unavoidable, what matters is how the company takes charge in making it right.
