Stop buying Canadian and stop buying from The Brick. There are reasons why American companies like Walmart and Best Buy are so successful; they provide top-tier service in all areas of their business, and the customer experience keeps people coming back. The Brick will quickly send you your appliance, but the installation company (the name is ironic as hell), Quick Contractors, won't be able to install it for 2 weeks. Don't trust The Brick. Make sure to open your appliance. Of course, ours was broken. The refund process is difficult for no reason. They will not get back to you within the 48 hours they claim. Make sure you email them back, reminding them of consumer laws, because they will ignore you, try not to refund you and when they do refund you, these snakes won't refund the installation until you call them out on it.

Amazing service, very fast and friendly, they even though they don't usually put things together, I asked them and they did it for me. They unpacked the couch, throw out the garbage, and put it together..

A good store but at the counter they have very bad customer service. 20 something girls with attitude, playing on their phones and making you feel you're bothering them if you come to pay or for some invoice.
Delivery also is another issue. They can call you a day before to cancel when you were all set to receive your appliance.

Estoy muy descontenta con el servicio porque no me dijeron en la tienda que yo tenía que desinstalar mis lavadoras. Supuestamente, yo pagué para que alguien se encargara de eso y los operarios me dijeron que ellos solo se encargan de instalarlas y que yo debía desinstalarlas. No veo lógica en pagar por algo que puedo hacer yo misma! Se supone que si yo soy capaz de desintarlas, puedo se capaz de instalar las nuevas y no tendría que pagar por ese servicio🤷🏻♀️ En resumen, se llevaron mis lavadoras de vuelta porque yo no tengo donde tenerlas en casa junto con las viejas🤨 Un servicio pésimo👎

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
