Bought a king size mattress and mattress protector in January which gives us 180 days to decide if mattress is to out satisfaction as per the bricks warranty. We noticed there was a big gap between the end of the mattress and frame of the bed and was not comfortable. Furthermore it started to sag on one side after only a few months. After speaking with customer service and manager we were told to go on website and fill out a complaint under warranty section. We are older people not computer savvy. It required many pictures and alot of questions to be answered. Should not be the responsibility of the client to take care of. You had no trouble taking my.money but no accountability after to fix a problem. Thanks alot Brick. You won't get any more business from me or anyone I know. 0 stars

Worst place ever. Do not buy anything from the brick. Ordered lamps beginning of March. Was told they would be here March 23rd then was told they would be here on April 7th then was told April 9th. Finally April 9th are here. Go to pick them up. There's only one the second one. They don't know where it is. They might have to reorder it. I said forget it. Then we had to wait for our refund because only one person apparently in the whole store has a security to give a refund. Oh my God people don't walk but run from this place

Service après-vente lamentable et fausse représentation. J’ai acheté une base de lit censée supporter 1000 lbs, mais elle s’est brisée après seulement 6 mois. Malgré une garantie payée, aucun suivi n'est fait. J’ai dû appeler à répétition et il est presque impossible d'être servi en français. Pire encore : les techniciens envoyés ne connaissaient pas le dossier et se sont montrés condescendants, m'ont coupé la parole et ont été à la limite de l’intimidation. Deux semaines plus tard, toujours aucune nouvelle. À éviter absolument.

First time shopping at the brick had an amazing experience. They are so friendly there and non-pushy which I totally appreciate.
Our sales person, Francis Riedl Is amazing. We cane in looking for a mattress, Not exactly sure what we wanted. We needed it to be in king size and I explained I really like the mattresses at various hotel. Francis took me to the hotel line of mattresses. They had four different firmness to choose out of my husband, and I fell in love with the medium firm.
France has never tried to upsell us or put us towards a more expensive mattress He sold us exactly what we were looking for.
The brick definitely has a new forever customer we will be shopping there in the future

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
