Achetez un sofa il y a 5 ans. C'est le temps de le changer. Le confort n'est plus ça fait un bon moment. Mon étoile est surtout dû au fait qu'une pièce électrique (prise usb) a brisé après un an mais on m'as dit que ce n'était pas couvert sous la garantie (nous avions acheté la garantie additionelle de $379.99 dans le temps). Prochain sofa sera ailleur.

Très bonne expérience plus d'une fois avec la vendeuse Rima ! Service exceptionnelle et vraiment à l'écoute de ses clients. Elle est souriante et très gentille.
Elle nous a aidé à 2 reprises pour trouver notre matelas ainsi que notre sectionnel. Elle était patiente et a pris le temps de bien nous expliquer les options. Nous sommes repartis satisfait à 2 reprises.

Employees non existent. Walked in twice within 20 minutes and employees were sitting around talking and only came to see us because we asked the 2nd time. She never asked any questions or gave us any info. Asked if that's all we wanted and brought us to the cash. On our way out we noticed she was back to sitting on a couch speaking with another employee! Only reason for the 2 star is that the client service desk employees were friendly.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Property damage and complete incompetence
I purchased 2 full sets of kitchen appliances (washer/dryer, stove, fridge, dishwasher) and 2 couches from The Brick Gatineau (920 Maloney Ouest). This has been an absolute nightmare.
The delivery team was so incompetent that I HAD TO REMOVE MY ENTIRE DOOR FRAME to get the appliances into my home. My door frame is now destroyed and cannot be repaired until they complete delivery.
Delivery failures:
- Original delivery: December 2nd - CANCELLED same day
- Rescheduled: December 11th - I took the day off work, received confirmation the day before, then at 3pm they called to say "the truck didn't leave"
- Now rescheduled again for December 15th - my door frame remains torn apart
I've had to take 2 days off work for NOTHING. When I explained the situation to their assistant at 3pm yesterday, she promised her superior would call me back "right away." No one called. They just ignore problems and hope you give up.
The Brick Gatineau caused property damage to my home, repeatedly failed to deliver after confirmation, cost me 2 days of lost wages, and refuse to take accountability. My home security is compromised because the door frame must stay removed until they finally deliver.
I am filing complaints with the Office de la protection du consommateur and pursuing compensation through small claims court for the door frame repair and damages.
Do NOT shop here unless you want property damage and endless broken promises.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
