- MYMax YDec 30, 20251.0This is not a bad place to shop. Over the past 6 or 7 months, I bought all my construction materials exclusively here. Yesterday, however, was my last purchase at any RONA+ store. I have never been treated so blatantly dishonestly before — and this already happened twice. I am specifically referring to the returns department staff, who do not want to listen to customers at all and behave in a very unprofessional and dishonest manner. Yesterday, I returned construction materials. I had accidentally left the receipts in my car and did not want to go back to get them because it was raining. I explained twice to the young female employee (With beautiful eyelashes on your eyes) that I have a Pro account with the store and that I paid using my debit card, which should allow the purchase to be found in the system. She did not even try to listen and simply said she would issue a gift card. She gave me a gift card for $53. After completing my shopping and paying with that gift card, I went back to my car, retrieved the receipts, and checked the actual value of the returned items. It turned out that, according to the gift card, I was refunded $53, while the real value of the returned items was $87 plus tax, as shown on my receipts. I will now have to personally reimburse this difference to my employer. From now on, I will spend more time commuting, but I will return to my previous construction supply store, where I shopped for more than two years. Even if it takes longer, at least I can be confident that I can return items at any time — with or without a receipt, especially when using a Pro account or the same payment card. How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. Do you deliver and from what amount of purchase?
Yes, we offer a delivery service. All products can be shipped by parcel their delivery is free with any $49 and more purchase. We also offer truck delivery for items that are not eligible for parcel delivery, such as appliances and patio sets. This service is available in most of our stores at the cost of $79. Is my online order confirmation page considered an official receipt?
No, your official sales receipt will be given to you when you complete the transaction at the store where you pick up your items. When will my online payment be processed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?
Most of the products you can purchase online are available within 2 hours of placing your order. You can check the final processing time for your order at the top of your shopping cart page. If one of the items on the order is available within 7 to 10 days, it will take us 7 to 10 days to get it ready for pick-up or delivery.
Where should I go to pick up my order?
When you receive an email from us telling you that your order is ready for pick-up, simply go to your selected store and locate the pick-up zone poster. You must bring your identification.
When my order is ready, how long will I have to pick it up?
After you receive the email confirming that your order is ready, you will have 7 days to pick up your order. If your order is not picked up within this period, we will cancel it and refund you on your credit card.
