    I came here a few weeks ago, and needed a certain type of wood with certain dimensions. The old lady at the front desk was talking to me like I was a dumb child, and was super rude. At the end, she lied and made me buy a product I didn't need, telling me it was what I was looking for, only for me to leave. I am not leaving a 1-star because the rest of the staff was super helpful.

    Absolute clown show of a store. Inventory is disorganized and the receiving bay is like a bomb went off. Don’t bother coming here if you value your own time.

    I ordered a SELKIRK part online from this store recently (that was in stock) and RECEIVED A SENTINAL pipe instead. Initially I spent 3 days trying to get the item retrieved from a container (after being notified that the item was being retrieved), and since my home project depends on this item, I finally showed up in person -and waited 20 minutes- before being given the wrong part to take home, a 40 minute drive. My ‘beef’ here is the attitude of management and my still unresolved ‘wrong part’- I have been patient, respectful and understanding, (so far) and aside from the young lady who works there, have been made to feel like an inconvenience by management for asking them to find my order initially and later advising them that it was NOT what I had ordered. I was simply told by the yard manager that he picked the ‘proper barcoded item’ which doesn’t resolve my issue. Inside the box is THE WRONG PART. When I got home from the store and realized the issue I called them to report the item incorrect and damaged on top of that, and again the young lady was very kind and apologetic. Not so much the yard manager. I should have been met with ‘sorry sir, we will get you the right item’ in place of the long drawn out and frustrated responses from the manager telling me he’s busy and picked the right box. Bottom line is it’s day 5 since I placed the order for something that was on site and I still don’t have my part, I haven’t received any call back from the manager (two days after my initial contact with him) and I am left with a project that I cannot finish without the correct part. After calling again yesterday and being told that the managers were ‘unavailable’ I have asked that they pass on the issue with the order and arrange get me the right part so I can do the exchange and then advise me the issue will be resolved. The only true ‘customer service’ demonstrated to me came consistently from the young lady who works the cash and yard. What’s it going to take?

    They have shingles in stock but they're out of starter shingles. On to another store. Also conveniently sell drip edge and fascia flashing, but no step flashing.
