- MCM CDec 21, 20251.0Will never buy from them ever again. Leon’s Dorval DOES NOT care about their customers. Was given the run around for 5months for a table that was promised to me in 4-6 weeks (they NEVER answer the phone, nor return messages). Beware of the salespeople (Slimane) who promise dates in order to make sales (was told later on they have no clue when they will receive orders and are not supposed to give estimated dates). I asked several times for a call from the manager (not sure there even is one) which i NEVER received. In the end they offered a $200 discount for a 5 month delay with zero communication. For reference when I bought a couch from Tanguay and there was a 5 week wait they automatically offered a discount of $250 without me even asking, now that is good customer service! I should have bought the table from them too. Lesson learned.
