One week delivery turned into 3 weeks. It was in stock. Promised 1 week, they don’t care about customer service. All the guy cared about was the sale but forget anything else. Typically comm folks over there. They say anything for a sale. It’s true and it’s the worst store ever. All the reviews are right. But when you have someone tell you 1 week and it’s in stock versus the next company saying 5 weeks. It’s a big difference. In the end it’s all the same.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.
This experience has been awful from the very beginning. The salesman who sold us the couch was extremely rude. When I simply asked about their refund policy, he responded with, “If you are thinking of a refund, you can walk out of here now.” That level of disrespect toward customers is shocking and completely unprofessional.
We also clearly told the salesperson the exact date we wanted the couch delivered. Despite this, the store attempted delivery twice before the agreed date, when we specifically said we could not accept it yet. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and shows a complete lack of organization and communication.
Unfortunately, things only got worse. Our delivery was late after that, and when the couch finally arrived, one of the pieces was damaged. I have now had a broken section sitting in my home for two weeks.
I called every single day asking to speak to the manager. Every single day, I was told, “The manager will call you in an hour.” That call never came. For two weeks, I was ignored.
To make matters worse, when I asked for corporate’s contact information, they refused to provide it. At that point, it felt like they were intentionally avoiding accountability.
Between the rude sales experience, delivery issues, damaged furniture, daily false promises of a callback, and refusal to provide corporate contact information, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I would strongly reconsider purchasing from this store.

I ultimately decided to cancel my order after a prolonged and frustrating experience around pricing consistency.
While the in-store staff were polite, I encountered repeated discrepancies between in-store pricing and Leon’s.ca pricing, particularly around delivery charges. The website checkout showed free delivery for my postal code, but the store later advised this was an error and would not be honoured.
I provided screenshots, followed up multiple times, and escalated the issue to Leon’s customer service for review. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response from corporate.
Given the shifting explanations and lack of resolution, I ultimately chose to cancel the order rather than continue navigating unclear and inconsistent information.
My advice to other customers is to verify all pricing details (including delivery charges) very carefully and be aware that online checkout pricing may not be honoured at the store level.
Disappointing experience overall, especially given the size of the purchase.
