  Mon mari et moi avons vidé notre casier de rangement il y a trois semaines et souhaitons souligner notre excellente expérience dans votre établissement. Les lieux sont impeccables et l’accès aux installations est simple et agréable. Nous tenons particulièrement à remercier Alexia, qui nous a accompagnés tout au long de l’année avec professionnalisme, gentillesse et disponibilité. Lors de notre déménagement, elle a su nous rassurer et faciliter chaque étape grâce à sa bienveillance et sa grande compétence.

  Used a large storage unit for about a year, since we moved to a different province. Everything was ok until there was a massive rainstorm in Montreal. We didn’t know that our furniture was damaged due to flooding. When we returned to Montreal to retrieve our things, the manager told my husband to make a claim on the insurance. Pictures were sent, and no answer. Called and no call back. Later just dismissed everything and told us too late. Very unethical, since this storage unit was over 450$/m. We will be opening a court case for sure, you cannot treat customers this way. Bad service from the manager to the people working there. We left some things outside our unit since it was late. They were not there in the morning (that was our fault, we take responsibility). My husband asked if he could see in the camera who took our belongings in case they were moved, the person told him they didn’t see anything in the camera, but didn’t even bother to look. I guess they just magically disappeared. Overall bad service, there is plenty of other storage places to go to, avoid this one.

  ive been a client at depotium for a couple of years now, and while i prefer to remain anonymous for business reasons, I wanted to share my honest experience. Overall, Depotium is a nice and well maintained facility. However the only issue i have ever encountered has been with one certain employee which is the manager he is an older gentleman with gray hair and glasses I believe his name is Paul. Unfortunately i have found him quite rude on several occasions. He seems to pick and choose who he is friendly with, I have seen it in the office on many occasions and near the loading docks. Many of my neighbors in the units have also noticed this. He can be very cold, dismissive and things on being strictly done his way. On the other hand the younger girl and the other lady that used to work there were absolutely fantastic and wonderful and beyond professional. They were always willing to help, always had a smile on their faces and treated me with nothing but respect and kindness. They made the experience over here wonderful. Depotium is an amazing place to store your things and your business needs but far as employees Paul is not someone who i recommend at all and he was the one that made my experience unsatisfied. I recommend dealing with the other 2 ladies 100%.

  To start all good but when there was the rain storm my unit was completely full and I pointed out that there may be damage as I could see water but will update. Not only did they not even file the insurance but tried to make claims that I said all was well. Will have to go to small claims now for the damage on my things. I was moving and stored many of my home items. Worse water was still in many items almost 6 months later indicating it probably still leaks. Would not deal with a group like this. I appreciate wanting to review my case but the lack of professionalism took another poor step by sending me the least valuable photo I sent with no comment after this review. What a lack of ethics and professionalism. No words as if to say what are you complaining about. Beyond unprofessional.
