Commande passer en ligne vendredi soir, paiement passer sur ma carte de credit, Samedi matin me dirige a l'entrepot pour un ramassage , personne ne trouve la commande mais elle est bien facturé sur ma carte de credit. Finalement le chat de service clientele me dit que la commande a été canceller et que je dois me presenter dans un magasin pour acheter le divan et revenir a l'entrepôt pour ramassage... je me rend au Brick Anjou, explique au Vendeur Mohamed, je veux juste payer le divan et aller le chercher et que jai déjà perdu 1 heure pour rien... il me dit attender je dois aller voir mon gerant car il est en spécial, apres 5 minute il me reviens pour me dire qu'il a parler avec son gerant et veut me vendre une garantie que je refuse, il me fait payer et lors du paiement je me rend compte que le paiement est plus élevé, je lui dis a Mohamed , et dis non... je dois calculer moi meme la taxe pour effectivement que le paiement est plus élever, et me dit oups je vous ai pas enlever la trousse de je ne sais pas quoi... si je n'avais pas regarder il m'aurait vendu sans me le dire.... 2 jours plus tard Brick m'appelle pour me demander le ramassage de mon achat du vendredi qui etais censer etre annulé, et on me dit que je dois me présenter pour annulé !!!!!!!! VOUS FAITES LA VENTE EN LIGNE ET JE DOIS PERDRE DU TEMPS DE TRAVAIL POUR ALLER ME FAIRE REMBOURSER UNE ERREUR DE VOTRE PART!!!! PU JAMAIS BRICK ET JE VAIS ME FAIRE UNE JOIE DE RACONTER A QUI ME DEMANDE COMMENT A ETE LE SERVICE BRICK... ZERO!

FIRST TIME AND LAST TIME CHEZ BRICK
J’ai acheté un lit le 3 avril et livré le 8 sans problème . Une fois déballé , je découvre que les morceaux sont craqués à 4 places et je remarques de retouches de peinture . J’ai suivi la procédure normale et la dame au service au client n’est pas en mesure de recevoir des photos par email bizarrement . Finalement j’ai du retourner sur place pour parler au gérant , M. Mourad Drissi Smaili pour un remboursement car je ne veux pas revivre la même situation . Il commence par dire non et que Brick ne fait pas de remboursement et que tout est écrit dans leur site web et sur ma facture . On a lu tous les politiques ensemble et il n’est pas non plus en mesure de trouver de manière écrite leur politique de non remboursement . Finalement , il me dit que je n’ai pas le choix de faire un échange . En 2026 , sauf item personnel à trait hygiénique , absolument tout est remboursable dans des compagnies avec le moindre de souci de service à la clientèle mais pas chez Brick . Informez vous bien concernant leur politique de remboursement avant d’acheter . A lire les commentaires , je ne suis pas le seul ayant vécu cette situation alors une plainte a la protection du consommateur sera nécessaire .
En date de 9 avril j’ai reçu une confirmation rde livraison pour le nouveau mobilier pour 10 avril. Le 09 avril , à 20:15 le director des opérations, un monsieur nommé Mostapha m’appelle pour m’annoncer que ma livraison est annulé et que finalement je vais être remboursé . Ils décident vraiment de tout sans consulter le client .

Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
