Delivery service was fine but won’t shop there again. Honestly had so many issues getting my furniture. Wrong color pieces , ridiculous wait time time. Order a coffee table and had to wait 6 months for the side table.
Purchase over 7k and they can’t even throw in a mattress cover! Wow. Do better!

I purchased a couch in May and was told it would be delivered by mid June. Then I was told early July then late July. I finally got it in August. The delivery and set up went fine but shortly after I noticed the arm rests were not stitched the same and the one that was stitched wrong did not have enough stuffing in places. I took a picture and went to the store to show them. They said they would contact the technician to come and look at it. He came a few days later and said he never saw anything like that before. He took some pictures and was supposed to contact me in a few days. After a couple weeks I hadn't heard anything so I called him. He said they would repair it and would let me know when. I called a couple times since then, the last time was in September but here it is November and I am still waiting to have this repaired. Your service is terrible. I buy a new couch expecting to get what I paid for but that is not the case. I just want this fixed the way it is supposed to be.

I bought sectional sofa 3 years ago. And i took warranty because aftrr sometime their products get damaged. I spent 5000 dollars on sofa. And it broke and the claim has been rejected by saying that willingly misuse of a product. This is not the only product i just bought all my home appliances from them. Dryer stopped working after 5 months and the refrigerator door rubber came off in just 5 minutes. I took warranty on everything because i know if i will use it regularly it gonna wear or tear over the time due to the quality. Worst experience at Charlottetown brick.

The Brick
We recently purchased a living room and bedroom set from The Brick, and the entire experience has been unbelievably frustrating from start to finish.
Our first living room set arrived with damage to the loveseat, which was taken back. When the replacement arrived, it was also damaged. They left it with us and sent someone to repair it. We were repeatedly offered a discount, which we declined — all we wanted was furniture in good condition.
When our bedroom set arrived, several pieces were also damaged. We requested replacements for the dresser drawer and the headboard legs. We received a call saying the replacement parts were ready for pickup, but when we arrived two days later, we were told they hadn’t even been ordered. We sat down with Derek, the manager, who promised to personally inspect the replacements when they came in and ensure they were in perfect condition before delivery.
Unfortunately, when the new items arrived, the headboard legs were still damaged. Despite numerous attempts to contact Derek, my calls were never returned. Eventually, I stayed on the line until I reached him. He again promised a discount for the trouble — which happened. After six weeks, the situation was partly resolved, but it took far too much effort on our part.
Needless to say, this experience has left us very disappointed. We will not be purchasing from The Brick again.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
