Then decided to get the “big” recliners and once again they are caring of your property and got everything set up just as I wanted. I love our new recliners and so glad we got them. We like it very much, but our five star rating is given because of the great customer service Jess gave us. When we left the store, we learned more about motion sofas and chairs than we ever thought we needed to know and what to consider when purchasing. If you are looking for traditional, overstuffed recliners and reclining sofas, this is the store for you. However we changed our minds on what we wanted - a matching reclining sofa and stationary loveseat - and were able to find that unicorn online. Were the brand available at Hakes, we would have purchased from there, even incurring a delivery fee to Gettysburg because we thought their customer service was first rate and rarely found in stores today.
