They also don't know what gift wrapping tape is in other words if you don't get the right person he's been there long enough to know what they typically have and what they don't have like gift wrapping tape took me over 45 minutes for two different people to say that they had it when they actually did not have it wasted my time for over 45 minutes waiting around until someone finally said that we do not carry that. I would have been better off driving across town to Home Depot because that's about the amount of time that I waste coming into that store asking questions or for help.

From a warm welcome by Steve at the pro desk... to employees being helpful even if it's not their department and even if they don't stock something I need they will be honest about it or make absolutely sure they don't have it, while I'm shopping I'm amazed at how many people I see that I haven't seen in years, like this picture of Alex my former student, And when I get to check out the cashiers fight over who wants to serve me :) One day we needed a bunch of conduit and the app said that there was enough but there wasn't enough on the shelf so an employee went and got more than we needed from the stock. Another night not long before closing the cashier was insisting that I get my free snack available through the app. highly recommend two thumbs 👍 👍 way up
