It does seem like the buttons to alert staff that help us needed in various areas have been removed, in particular was the wood cutting. Finding someone has been difficult the last 2 times I needed things cut in order to get it home. I'm very cautious not to over use this very helpful service and limit my cuts to what is needed to get things in my car. Doug Miller at self checkout is always very pleasant, has a smile, and is great at his job, others are as well. This lady trip a young lady with pink hair assisted us and was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and great at her job. The young gentleman that cut my wood for me was very nice and efficient as well. There have been other Lowe's that I can get this level of help, and other ones not as good. The West York Lowe's is one of the best in the York, and Lancaster County area.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
