While I used to love going because most of the staff are amazing and know me by name and I often stop and talk with most of them. There is an associate name Mel, who is completely unprofessional, I have witnessed her screaming at other staff on multiple occasions and it's extremely uncomfortable and so don't understand why the company allows this to continue. She had been rude to me and other customers. As much as I like going to Lowe's, Home Depot is right down the street and I can just go there. Maybe they value their staff and customers more than Lowe's, and most certainly more than Mel.

She was patient, personable, and efficient; she spent all the time necessary to rectify the problem. We are to have a door Monday Sept. 29th installed now. We were very pleased with her and some of the people she reached out to for assistance, as well (Marissa and Joe).

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
