  Do not order through this store. I placed an order and the day of delivery I receive a voicemail that they cannot deliver due to a $19 balance due. Turned out this was an error on RF side and they had to correct it on their end. Keep in mind I had to take off from work to be home for the delivery. When I tried rescheduling, Manager Crystal was extremely rude, unhelpful and unwilling to help. STAY AWAY!!!!!

  HUGE thank you to Sam at this location ! My boyfriend and I have been on a furniture hunt for a while now, ranging from Ashley to Bob’s, and this store by far has had the cleanest most organized showroom !! He took the time to really listen and understand what we were looking for and presented multiple options within our previously discussed budget. Through past experiences at other retailers, shopping for a home can be overwhelming and stressful. Sam has been the first to ensure a seamless process start to finish and change my perspective. Shopping for the “right piece” doesn’t have to feel high stakes at all. With the right support from your sales person, you can really see how everything will come together ! I can’t wait to come back(after a few more paychecks lol) to continue to work with Sam on making my house a dream home !

  I first must comment on and compliment the service that I received at this Raymour and Flanigan store in Wyomissing, PA. The sales associate who helped me, Dillon Bergen, deserves the credit for this stellar review. He was exceptional in his attention, knowledge, and showed great desire to help me find what I was looking for. No pressure- just paid attention to what I was saying and did the research. Great job, Dillon. Also, the store is really nice. I like the room themes and how color is used in the set ups of the furniture. The furniture is very nice as well. Great experience on a cold Sunday afternoon. Thank you.
