It wont allow me to share my story unfortunately and how ironic. I had a whole book written and it was within the typing space limit but when I go to hit post an error keeps occurring. This is not cool. I feel like they robbed me claiming i didnt opt to having the protection warranty on my $3500 custom couch. Which I always get the warranty but how I ironic i cant find any supporting docs nor can I post my complaint either.

Go somewhere else!!!!! Took off work for a couch delivery, twice and they never showed up. It took four delivery attempts to get the couch and one section is ripped and they sent 2 wrong back pieces from a different couch. On the third delivery attempt driver said he couldn't make it down our long driveway because wasn't maintained!!! It is plowed!! It is a dirt road!!! Not sure if he wanted me to melt it or what. 2 days later which nothing was done to driveway, the delivery driver drove right down with zero problems, plenty of room to turn around and drive out. Now we have half a couch and waiting on customer service which never called back. Shouldn't be stressful buying and receiving a couch.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

We spent hours in the Wyomissing store and found a living room set, electric reclining couch, loveseat and recliner. We chose to do the free financing, cause why not? Gain the interest in our bank account anyways. At the closure of our purchase Shawn told us, he forgot to mention that if you finance you no longer can get the sale price. That was strike one. I never heard of such a thing. I ended up being approached by the manger on our way out the door after we decided to pass. He ended up giving it to us for the sale price. Strike two happened this morning, the furniture was “supposed” to be delivered tomorrow. Samuel called us and said the left side arm chairs for the couch and recliner are not available now until the end of December. He asked if we wanted the other items awhile. I asked why wouldn’t they have noticed the low inventory when they ordered it.”? He replied “someone that paid up front may have received it first”. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! Strike three. So because we financed we missed out on our items. I never heard such nonsense and we’ve been buying from the Temple location for YEARS. I completely cancelled our order and we will go elsewhere. I DO NOT RECOMMEND the Wyomissing location at all.
