Terrible unsatisfactory customer service at the Wyomissing Raymour and Flanagan. After telling the delivery crew we had canceled an item, they insisted on leaving it and for us to return it to the store for faster reimbursement. Once I arrived at the store and explained to the staff what happened, the staff didn't want to accept the merchandise and were expecting me to deliver it to another store that will accept it. The nerve of them wanting me to deliver merchandise that I had canceled well in advance. I had canceled a recliner on Monday November 10 2025. I returned the recliner to the Wyomissing store. The recliner was financed. Raymour and Flanagan will cancel the outstanding balance. The store's atmosphere was chaotic. The male staff didn't care, it wasn't their problem. The only one that helped me was Crystal. The selection is awesome but the service is horrible. It makes any customer buy somewhere else where you get honest service. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed in the Wyomissing store. Definitely not returning to this store. I sincerely hope upper management and owner actually retrain the whole staff about customer service. People pay good money for an easy and smooth transaction. We purchased two of these for our living room and downstairs family room. The Harbin sectional is absolutely a pleasure to sit or recline on.
We had the pleasure of having James as our salesman . He was terrific. Not pushy at all and worked with me making sure I was happy with my choice. Sam the manager was very accommodating even allowing me to take home the ottoman top so we could make sure color matched and was what we were looking for.
Not everything went smoothly but Sam along with Amy Myers made sure ultimately I was thrilled with my purchase . Thank you everyone who helped us along the way. I highly recommend Raymour and especially the Wyomissing Pa store.
